If you arrive late for your tutoring session, we will still end at the scheduled time, and you will still be charged for the entire appointment. When at all possible, I appreciate 12 hour notice of cancellations, but I understand that emergencies happen. Repeated no-shows and late cancellations can result in termination of services.

During the school year, I am generally available for tutoring and homeschool support Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 10:30 AM and 4 PM and 8 PM. During the summer months, I am available between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Depending on the needs of your student, I may suggest the purchase of curriculum materials. This will be shared as part of your student's initial learning plan, and can generally be negotiated. Most resources cost less than $50 in total.

My base rate for in-person tutoring services is $75/hour. I may be able to offer discounts for families with multiple children, for families that pre-pay for multiple sessions, or for families in financial need. Home school support services are priced based on the services requested.

I have a valid, clear California teaching credential for all subjects in Kindergarten - 6th grade. Yes - when it is appropriate for student needs. At your initial consultation, we can discuss whether or not online tutoring could be a good fit for your student. Online tutoring is more likely to be a good fit for students who are older, strong verbal communicators working on more advanced skills.
